IT was true in 1628 and the same can be said of wishes, new ideas and concepts today.  It is not enough to have a great idea, grand vision or a disruptive new concept … It must be executed in an intelligent and thoughtful manner to create value for society, a business or an individual.

IF you are a Founder with a dream of launching a new product, app or online business that changes everything, there is a high likelihood you will have the best chance for success following our approach to concept development.

IF you are a business owner or executive who seeks to revitalize or re-invent your company through new products, new services, on-demand app or digital marketing enhancements, there is a high likelihood you will have the best chance for success utilizing our advisory services.

About Us

PCG has been operating from Atlanta since 1986. Our original marketing-based services were always centered around new business development in its many forms. Much of our work involved the identification, development and market testing of new or improved products for the home. Areas of focus were major appliances, outdoor cooking, kitchen and bath fixtures and home organization products such as closet organizers, cabinets, shelving systems and storage containers.

Frequent users of our services and subscribers to our market studies have included well known companies such as WHIRLPOOL, BOSCH, KOHLER, DELTA FAUCET, MASCO,  RUBBERMAID, LOWES, WEBER, CLOSETMAID, CHAR-BROIL, and HOME DEPOT as well as many high-end niche players such as CALIFORNIA CLOSETS, MIELE, RACOR, SCOTSMAN, LYNX GRILLS, FISHER-PAYKEL, GLADIATOR, HANSGROHE, CUISINART, and KITCHENAID. Today, the vast and varied experiences we have had with all these products and companies provide the foundation for our current focus on concept development services.

GREG L. ALFORD founded PCG after a successful career in sales, marketing and new business development with leading manufacturers of home improvement, home organization and housewares products.
